Most of the media whores backing Sam will be looking to keep 'little West Ham' down where they are.

They are scared shitless we will pick a winner and roar past their Top 4/5 arse lick favourites.

The ultimateproblem we have as supporters is the ultimate stats that allardyce is so fond of.

He has given us midtable security...of which he will gladly shout from therooftops we havent had the luxury of to often.

Thats the thing with stats...doesnt tell the full story

Not Benitez - that is no better than Allardyce.
Not Moyes - that is no better than Allardyce.
I like Klopp (but doubt he will come)

I bet we end up with Teddy Sheringham...just a thought

Klopp would be an amazing appointment

Maybe a hint that an agreement has been reached with a replacement manager behind closed doors, but Sullivan won't yet talk about it as the new manager may still be managing a club elsewhere and wants to focus on finishing the season.
This could apply to guys like Bilic, Bielsa, Moyes, Benitez and Klopp.

Interesting post from little jack earlier saying this about his old man "“That man is wise who talks little." anyone reckon this is a large hint!

Another thing that baffles me...

He recalled Carlton from West Brom at the last minute because he didn't have back-up and has barely played him since and Nene who was meant to be the short-term back-up until end of season has hardly played either...so we are stuck with 2 players who perhaps shouldn't be on the wage bill...

Strange

Ronnie when in a relegation struggle we have seen previous managers try to engage with the support, win games and motivate players.

Once we hit 38 points the fat oaf gave himself and his inner circle an early summer and stuck two fingers up to the west ham support because they weren't grateful enough for his amazing talents

Re: Fatty's excuse for today's dog shite football
There seems to be more vitriol directed at the manager for finishing mid-table than there has ever been for being in a relegation struggle.

There's nowt as queer as folk.

Sir Alf
I'm sure you are being a bit harsh on our esteemed manager.
Personally I reckon the Panorama prog told a pack of lies about Samuel about alleged corruption in transfer dealings by him and his son. He should sue them for libel.

Perfect summary of how I feel about BFS's tenure.

The requirements changed this season and he could not match them. Thats it. The vitriol from fans is about his personality and lack of character and humility. basically lies and / or is narcissistic. No one likes a liar or narcissist. I mean there are a few on here who attract the same vitriolic response with their inability to be honest :-)

I seem to read a lot that Sam has done all that's been asked of him. If that's the case then he clearly hasn't been asked enough. Personally I'm fed up watching dogshit football

Re: Fatty's excuse for today's dog shite football
I tend to agree with Blacky the Banker. I think that Allardyce has done everything that ownership and fans have expected him to do. Has it been pretty - NO, has it been enjoyable from a football purist perspective - NO. But we are mid table in the Premiership - with games to go and no danger of relegation. That was the ask of Allardyce and he has delivered.

However, at the beginning of this season ownership had asked him to play more expansive football, to play "prettier" football and they opened their wallets and brought in some pretty good Quality players both purchased and on loan. The early part of the year - we the fans were all extremely happy with the partnership of Valencia and Sakho - and wondered how Andy Carroll would win back his starting place in the team. However, to my recollection none of the credit for this miraculous turnaround was given to Allardici - oh no - it was the introduction of Teddy Sheringham as the creative/attacking coach that had made all the difference.

So this is my call to find out WTF has Teddy been doing for the last 4 months - it is dogshit, and we do need to Thank Allardyce for his successful spell as manager of the club and move in a different direction at the end of the year. But not sure the current Vitriol is truly representative of how we as fans should remember Allardyces place in the annuls of West Ham managers - he did his job, but now the job has changed - and we need to change managers to get to where we want to be (and it isn't too far from how we were playing earlier in the year).

Cheers

Re: Fatty's excuse for today's dog shite football
Allardyce is a pathetic self seeking excuse for a man, getting more bizarre, conniving and dangerous with every day that passes. He wants the pay cheques, that is all. He offers nothing in return except the abject misery we have witnessed over the last 12 months (more so over the last 4 months).

Some of his excuses and bullshit now are just laughable - and we are paying him £3M a year??!! Anyone who wants to continue down this route needs fackin therapy, in my view.

We have fans (me included, end of last season) who have jacked ST already, and many more will follow if he stays. I could barely see over the wall the first time I attended UP, and now 50 years later (over 30 of which have been ST seasons for me) I find I have to stay away because I just cannot attend regularly and watch this TWAT destroy our soul and laugh in our faces.

Sulli and Co will go down in WHU history for all the wrong reasons unless they act - can't see anyone 'remembering' the OS, because this silly bollocks with Allardyce is casting a huge shadow over it all.

Re: Fatty's excuse for today's dog shite football
We got out of jail with Adrian's penalty save and excellent saves in the second half. I couldn't see anything wrong with Rangers' disallowed goal, so we got away with that too. Why was Allardyce bragging about a clean sheet then, and was the post match interview on Saturday the appropriate time to remind the country we were relegated 4 years ago? He really is in desperation saloon these days. Utter cunt the man is.

TI, we say lack of depth because often we oppose teams of our equivalent that have a better standard of substitute available than we do.

dress - frees (bloody auto correct)

Thames Ironworks 1:12 Mon Apr 27
Re: Fatty's excuse for today's dog shite football
Why does everyone say we lack depth. We hardly sold anyone in the summer, in fact they were all out on dress and loans.
We then bring in 9 players, almost a full squad then bump that up with 1 extra in Nene. Again no players left. And to add we are actively paying top money for these transfers. Valencia, Carroll and Jarvis weren't exactly cheap for our standards. The latter two a big mistake on Sam's part.

So we have invested, now if they are shit investments then blame the owners and manager alike. It's piss poor management, not lack of depth.

Then you get the bollocks on why Sam won't play youth, then he plays Reece Burke, then says how great the lad played. Jeez, the manager is the problem here.
